Fitness
VLTBC offers a variety of fitness programs and classes to suit your individual lifestyle and needs. We have an aerobics program that offers an encompassing selection of classes such as Step, Body Sculpt, Low Impact and Spinning, with certified, experienced instructors. We also have rejuvenating mind/body classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Body Rolling.
The weight room features state of the art cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, stability/medicine balls and Bosu trainers. The Club's Fitness Coordinator is pleased to help tailor a program to match members' individual fitness goals. Strength training programs include one-on-one personal training, partner/group training and sports specific training. Other programs include post rehabilitation, weight room orientations, and fitness and nutritional appraisals.
