Members will attest to the fact that the Club is a wonderful venue for hosting social and business functions. From teas and birthday parties to weddings and business events, the VLTBC has the facilities and menus to meet a wide variety of needs.

Board Room
The recently renovated Board Room is an ideal spot for small gatherings, presentations and meetings. The Board Room can accommodate up to 50 people theatre-style; and groups of 10 – 35 for boardroom-style meetings, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Upper Tudor
The Upper Tudor is the perfect spot for a smaller reception or cocktail gathering of 15 -25 people. For dinner service we can accommodate 20 – 30 people. The beautiful fireplace makes it a popular choice for intimate weddings and ceremonies.
Player’s Lounge
As the Club’s largest venue, the Player’s Lounge is popular for weddings, anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Christmas parties and various receptions. The maximum capacity for a dinner function is 150 people with dancing and 165 without.
Centre Court
The Centre Court Dining Room can accommodate up to 80 people for dining and up to 150 for receptions. For smaller functions of up to 40 people, a private section of the dining room is closed off giving access to the outside terrace patio, which is a lovely feature to have in warm weather.
