Class Descriptions
Step and Sculpt
A circuit format class that includes a 6 minute step segment followed by a 3 minute strength component. This type of format will keep the heart rate elevated for greater caloric expenditure, plus it develops enhanced muscle definition, strength and endurance.
Body Sculpt
An athletic body sculpting class that utilizes free weights, steps, tubing, stability and medicine balls, to help tone muscle, increase strength, and improve endurance.
Gentle Low Impact
A fun low impact class that includes an extended warm up, cardiovascular conditioning, abdominal and resistance training followed by a long relaxing stretch. This class is perfect as a starter class or an easier workout day.
Yoga and Pilates
Whether you are looking to add variety to your current fitness program or wanting to try something different, yoga and pilates are a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Register for unlimited monthly classes or pay per visit.
