The Club's Fitness Team is available on a daily basis to help you on your journey to a fitter and healthier you. Whether you enjoy Group Fitness Classes, Yoga and Pilates, One-on-One Personal Training, or you would like an introduction to any of the Cardiovascular or Strength Training equipment, our Fitness Team is here to help.
To get you started, book in for a complimentary Goal Setting session with Fitness Coordinator who will work with you to ensure you have a complete fitness program that suits your schedule, lifestyle and needs.
The weight room features state of the art free weights and Cybex equipment. It has plenty of windows and large glass doors over looking the pool area. There are also plenty of fans and TVs to make your work out as enjoyable as possible.
