Melanie's Top 8 Reasons Why Squash is a Great Game for Kids

  1. It's lots of fun.
  2. It's easy to learn.
  3. The nature of the game dictates that the time on the court is mostly spent hitting balls rather than running to pick them up.
  4. The Club has equipment specially designed to make squash fun and easy for kids to play (extra bouncy balls, smaller racquets and goggles).
  5. It allows kids to expend a tremendous amount of energy in a short period of time.
  6. It will increase kids' aptitude for all racquet sports and other sports in general. Squash is especially good for eye-hand coordination.
  7. It's also known as "Physical Chess" for it's a good all-round workout for the legs, lungs and mind.
  8. It's a universal, highly social lifetime sport that kids will enjoy for years to come.
