Fitness & Wellness
The Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club offers a broad selection of fitness equipment and classes to help you enjoy your workouts and achieve your lifestyle goals.
Our gym is staffed by a qualified fitness coordinator and certified personal trainers, and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cardio equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, Stairmasters, spin bikes, an Arc Trainer and a rowing machine. For strength training, we have Cybex weight stations, a squat rack, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, Bosu balls and more.
Members participate in group aerobics, yoga, Pilates and spinning classes and enjoy complimentary weight-room orientations. Other progams include personal training, sports-specific conditioning, and Pilates Reformer lessons.
Wellness – Massage
The Club has a Registered Massage Therapist available to help improve and maintain your overall wellness. Massage helps to relax the body, reduce stress and ease aches, chronic pain and muscle tightness.
